About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse Lead on the night shift, you will serve as a reassuring presence for residents and an inspiring leader for the care team. You will drive clinical excellence during the overnight hours, ensuring resident safety, dignity, and care standards are maintained seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the clinical and medical needs of residents.

• Complete accurate clinical documentation aligned with industry standards.

• Lead, guide, and support staff members on shift, promoting continuous professional growth.

• Act as a role model for workplace health and safety.

• Maintain exceptional standards of care and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor of Nursing degree with current, unrestricted AHPRA registration.

• Full Australian working rights with no visa sponsorship required (Onshore applicants only).

• Demonstrated leadership experience within a clinical or aged care environment.

• Strong written documentation skills and solid working knowledge of AN-ACC.

• A genuine passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care to older Australians.
